Spiro Moss LLP is hiring for two positions

Spiro Moss has actively litigated wage and hour class actions since the firm opened its doors in early 2001, and the firm continues to protect wage and hour rights as part of its employee and consumer class action practice.  Located in West Los Angeles, the firm is currently hoping to fill two positions:

  1. Spiro Moss is seeking to hire a California-admitted lawyer, with at least seven years of experience handling wage and hour class actions.  Experience should include several years handling the bulk of the work on wage and hour class actions (depositions, other discovery, pleading motions, motions for summary judgment, class certification, and settlement approval).  Experience with consumer class actions is a plus.
  2. Spiro Moss is also looking to hire a paralegal who has experience in all types of employment cases, including both wage and hour matters and individual employment cases involving discrimination, termination, harassment, family leave, etc.  This position is for someone who is good at communicating with clientele.  Substantial experience with Microsoft Excel and document review are essential.  Spanish speaking is a plus.
