Spiro Moss successfully certifies class of Employment Case Managers employed by Maximus, Inc.

On June 17, 2011, the United States District Court for the Central District of California (Judge Joesphine Staton Tucker) certified, in part, a class action alleging that Employment Case Managers employed by Maximus, Inc. were not paid overtime at the correct regular rate of pay, did not receive accurate itemized wage statements, did not receive all wages due and payable at time of discharge, and worked off-the-clock.  The Order is availabe here.
